Types of Reusable Masks available

3 Ply Anti-Bacterial Face Mask
Made from Triple Layer Silver Ion Antibacterial Cotton incorporated with SILVADUR™ technology, this mask has a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) of 99%. Enduring up to 50 washes, it maintains odour protection throughout. It comes in 100% breathable cotton and adjustable ear loops to fit faces of any size. Custom mask printing with your logo via Silkscreen or Embroidery and choose from a variety of base colors.

Comfy Face Masks
The custom comfy face mask is made from cooling silk cotton material and an inner cotton mesh. This inner mesh allows for greater breathability and moisture resistance, keeping you dry and comfortable all day. Custom mask printing with full colour printing (on full area) and logo embroidery.

Customised Reusable Face Mask
Made from 100% Cotton Polyester, this custom mask is one of ultimate comfort and breathability that is suited for daily wear. It is suitable for machine wash and reusable up to 30 times! For added protection, this custom mask is also designed with an inner pocket layer to insert either a PM 2.5 Filtration Paper or a disposable surgical mask. This versatile custom mask is the perfect choice for colorful artworks as it supports full colour printing up to the edges.

Cotton Face Mask
With higher breathability and comfort, the custom cotton face mask uses soft cotton fabric that is gentle on the skin. It comes with adjustable ear loops and dual pockets for the insertion of PM 2.5 Filtration Paper. Carefully designed for better fit, it sports a sleek look when worn. Custom mask printing with your logo or full area colour printing with our artwork.

Types of Printing Methods
There are 4 types of printing methods that Vivopress uses when customizing the printing of masks. They are Heat Transfer, Silkscreen, Sublimation, Embroidery and we would recommend the printing method based on the client's artwork and requirement.

Heat Transfer
Heat Transfer Printing uses a heat process to transfer an image printed on special transfer paper onto fabric. This printing method is ideal for producing high-quality prints that are colourful such as photorealistic images. The output is sticker-like, durable, heat and water-resistant. Silkscreen
Silkscreen Printing or Screen Printing is a technique where ink is transferred through a screen/mesh onto the fabric. Silkscreen printing works best on artworks with 1-3 solid Pantone colours. For example, 1 colour logo printing in White or 2 colour printing in Blue and Green. The output of silkscreen prints is durable and long-lasting. Sublimation
Sublimation Printing is a method of transferring a design onto fabric using heat and ink. Think of it as printing on paper where the output is a permanent image that will not crack or peel away. Similarly, on fabric, the inks are embedded into the material itself just like a tattoo. This printing method allows for full colour printing on full surface area. Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching designs onto textiles with a sewing machine. The output is an intricate needlework that is durable and can withstand washing. Vivopress currently offers 1 colour embroidery for your logo printing needs.
