Our WorkFlow
ENQUIRY PHRASE
Send your enquiry via our online quotation form or email us at quotation@vivopress.com.sg and we would be able to prepare an accurate quotation for you within the next working day. For extensive customization, do provide us with details such as required quantity, size, number of color print and any requirements you have and we will tabulate the quotation according to your request. A reference image of the model or your artwork would speed up the enquiry process too, as it helps us understand your needs better.
DESIGN PHRASE
Upon confirmation of the quotation, we will request for your logo in vector file so as for us draft a visual layout for you. We will include details such as the pantone code and size/measurement in this visual for your review. Once the client confirmed the artwork, we will proceed with a mock up.
MOCK UP PHRASE
A mock up is a prototype sample created based on the visual for client to review before the mass production. The mock up production may take between 7 – 15 days depending on the product and requirement. Often, client may choose to skip this phrase due to urgent delivery deadline, in such cases, we will take a picture of the mass production for the client’s reference instead.
PRODUCTION PHRASE
An invoice to make 50% deposit payment will be issue to the client via e-mail or mail upon confirmation to proceed with the mass production. Mass production time frame will be around 3-4 weeks upon confirmation. *Actual production leadtime will be specified in our quotation as it varies with different quantity, product type and shipment choices made by the client.
DELIVERY PHRASE
Once the goods have reached our location in Singapore, we will notify our client and arrange for the goods to be dispatched the designated delivery location. Free delivery to one location is offered to all clients. Should you require delivery to more locations, do let us know in advance. The balance 50% payment will be collected by our delivery man during the delivery.
