Chong Zheng Primary School came to us with a project that went far beyond a standard playing cards printing job. Their Student Development Team had designed “Catch!”, a values-based card game created to help students internalise the school’s core values in a fun and interactive way. The game was built around Value Cards, Value Descriptor Cards, and Behaviour Cards, with five different levels of play suited for Lower, Middle, and Upper Primary students. Each level had its own rules and objectives, making the game adaptable across the entire school. We produced 1,500 sets, each containing 80 cards packed together with a full-colour double-sided gameplay instruction leaflet, individually shrink-wrapped for a clean, gift-ready finish. The result was a classroom tool that felt like a proper retail product, giving students something they genuinely wanted to play with rather than just another worksheet.

Playfacto School — Future Ready Skills Fun Cards

Playfacto School, the education enrichment brand behind the “Rediscover the Fun of Learning” philosophy, engaged us to produce their Future Ready Skills Fun Cards, a multi-game card set designed to teach children four core 21st-century skills: Adaptability, Inventive Thinking, Public Speaking, and Financial Literacy. The deck supported four distinct game formats, ranging from a family collection game to a battle-style game and a fast-paced spotting game, giving educators and parents plenty of ways to engage children at different levels. Each card featured a colourful illustrated animal character with Power Level, Strength, and Fighting Skills attributes printed clearly for the battle game mode. The tuck box was produced in Playfacto’s signature bold rainbow stripe branding. This project is a strong example of how custom playing cards printing can serve as a genuine pedagogical tool, bridging classroom learning with hands-on play.

COMMUNITY

Bukit Batok SMC — Community storytelling through cards

When Bukit Batok SMC approached us for their 2025 custom playing cards project, the brief was clear: create something that residents would actually want to keep. The result was a 99-card deck, each card featuring a real photo and caption capturing everyday life in Bukit Batok, from community fitness sessions and festive celebrations to neighbourhood landmarks, green spaces, and local hawker fare. The front cover carried the constituency’s tagline “Together, A Home We Love,” while the back of each card doubled as a mini guide to activities and amenities in the area. Produced in a run of 3,000 units and shrink-wrapped for a clean finish, the deck was a meaningful keepsake that put the neighbourhood’s story directly into residents’ hands. Big Tiny — A branded card game for families

Big Tiny, the homegrown Singapore baby and toddler lifestyle brand, brought us an entirely different kind of brief, one rooted in play. Their custom deck was designed as a branded card game built around their signature illustrated characters and product universe, featuring categories like Burger, Coffee, Tiny House, Lemon, and Steak alongside adorable animal characters including Koala, Kiwi, and Kangaroo. Each card was printed in vivid full colour with a distinctive stamp-frame design, making the deck as visually appealing as it is playable. The tuck box was custom-printed in Big Tiny’s bold, cheerful brand palette with the game title and instructions on the back panel, a complete retail-quality product. More than a game, it became a brand touchpoint that gave Big Tiny’s customers something to take home and come back to, long after their purchase.

Sony Pictures — 100 Years of Columbia Pictures collector deck

To celebrate 100 years of Columbia Pictures, Sony commissioned a full custom playing card deck where every single card was its own tribute to a different film from the studio’s century-long catalogue. Titles across all four suits included Ghostbusters, Men in Black, Matilda, Spider-Man, Jumanji, Django Unchained, Bad Boys II, The Karate Kid, Resident Evil, Little Women, Bullet Train, and many more, with the Joker cards reserved for more recent releases including The Equalizer 2 and No Hard Feelings, and the two blank cards printed with the 100 Years Columbia Pictures centenary mark. The result was a fully playable collector’s deck that doubled as a piece of brand heritage. Every card face told a story, and the complete set functioned as a curated timeline of one of Hollywood’s most iconic studios.
