Custom Printed Coasters – Corkboard Coaster Printing and Customization in Singapore

Our custom printed corkboard coasters are suitable both as a corporate gift or for daily use at your bar, hotel or restaurant.
All our coasters can be customized in terms of printing, size and material thickness.
Please find the answers to some of the frequently asked questions on the product below:

1. What is the minimum order quantity of these custom printed cork coasters? 
Our minimum order quantity would be 500pcs, though we strongly suggest clients to purchase at a bulk of 1000pcs – 2000pcs to enjoy better rates

2. Can I have my artwork printed? 
Yes, definitely. You can be print in full color prints on 1 side of the coaster. The bottom of the coaster would be cork material for its anti-slip function.

3. Can I customize the size and shape of the Custom Printed Cork Coasters? 
In terms of the shape of the cork coaster, it is commonly produced in square with rounded corners or in circular shape.
If you are looking for customised shape, we would be able to accommodate to that request as well.

4. What is the material like for these corkboard coasters? 
The corkboard coasters has a water resistant surface as its laminated (matt / gloss) on the printed side. The middle portion is made of 2mm greyboard to give the coaster its hardness and the bottom is made of 1mm of cork bottom for its anti slip function.

5. How can make the corkboard coaster more premium? 
To enhance the quality and branding image, we are able to do gold or silver foil stamping on the Pulpboard Coasters and we are also able to create a set of 4 and have it packed into a customised box that serves as a beautiful customised corporate gift. 6. What is the production leadtime? 
For first time clients, we would do a physical mock up (Test print) before the mass production.
Mock up takes 1-2 weeks and mass production takes 3-4 weeks depending on order quantity, shipment type and specifications

7. I have an urgent delivery date, can i shorten the leadtime? 
At times, we are able to deliver within 2 weeks from the order confirmation time. However, it depends on case by case basis.

8. Can I request for some samples to review the quality? 
Sure, samples are available at our office for viewing. Do give us a call before you drop by.

9. How is the corkboard coaster packaged? 
Usually, we will pack them individually into OPP pack.
