Our custom pulpboard coasters are suitable for all your bar, hotel and restaurant needs. All our coasters can be customized in terms of printing, size and material thickness.

1. What is the minimum order quantity of these custom pulpboard coasters? 
Our minimum order quantity would be 500pcs, though we strongly suggest clients to purchase at a bulk of 1000pcs – 2000pcs to enjoy better rates

2. Can I have my artwork printed? 
Yes, definitely. These pulpboard are absorbent and can be printed in full color prints on both sides.

3. Can I customize the size and shape of the Custom Pulpboard Coasters? 
In terms of the shape of the pulpboard, it is commonly produced in square with rounded corners or in circular shape.
If you are looking for customised shape, we would be able to accommodate to that request as well.

4. What different thickness does the pulpboard coasters comes in? 
The pulpboard coasters comes in 1mm and 2mm thickness.

5. How can make the pulpboard coaster more premium?

6. What is the production leadtime? 
For first time clients, we would do a physical mock up (Test print) before the mass production.
Mock up takes 1-2 weeks and mass production takes 3-4 weeks depending on order quantity, shipment type and specifications

7. I have an urgent delivery date, can i shorten the leadtime? 
At times, we are able to deliver within 2 weeks from the order confirmation time. However, it depends on case by case basis.

8. Can I request for some samples to review the quality? 
Sure, samples are available at our office for viewing. Do give us a call before you drop by.
Alternatively, if you require us to send you the samples, kindly do email us at quotation@vivopress.com.sg to request for samples. Kindly do indicate your required qty and order specifications for along with your request, thank you!

9. How is the pulpboard coaster packaged? 
Usually, we will pack them based on 100pcs/plastic pack.
